Productive
I got a much needed haircut this morning with a new barber at the barber shop I frequent. He took his time and did a great job. Sometimes I feel like they are just trying to get me in-and-out and on to the next person, but not with Matt today.
I stop by my parents’ house afterwards, and they were in the midst of taking down Christmas decorations. I helped de-ornament their two trees and held the ladder while my dad took the wreaths down outside.
While I was outside, I gave my car a good scrubbing to get all of the salt and grime from last week’s not so big snowstorm. It is nice to have a black car again and not a crusty, salty, gray car. I’ve got an appointment for an oil change and service check on Friday, so my car will be in good shape by the end of the week.
Tonight I plan on taking down my Christmas tree and folding the laundry I did yesterday. Now I just need to decide what I want to have for dinner.
